What you need to bring:
1) A valid referral from your GP or specialist.
2) Any relevant test results, including hearing tests, CT scans, sleep studies etc.
3) Your medicare and private health fund details.
4) A list of your current medications and allergies.
How to find us:
Our Frenchs Forest practice is located within the Forest Central Business Park, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd East, Frenchs Forest. It is easily accessible by car or bus. Building 7 is well marked on the left side of the main driveway. We are in Suite 2, on the ground floor.
1) By car:
Frenchs Forest Rd East intersects with Wakehurst Parkway and Warringah Road.
We have 5 reserved parking spaces at our front door. They are clearly labeled ‘SCENT’.
2) By bus:
There is a bus stop on each side of the road, directly outside Forest Central Business Park on Frenchs Forest Rd East. The following bus routes service our road:
Route 136: Manly Wharf – Chatswood Station
Route L60: Mona Vale – Dee Why – Chatswood Station
Route 169: City – Manly Wharf
Route 173: City – Narraweena
